Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced BDA/ERRCS Field Installation Technician to join our growing field operations team in Denver, CO. This field-based role focuses on installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning in-building radio communication systems within commercial construction environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with BDA, ERRCS, or DAS, holds FCC and RES licenses, and can travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with BDA/ERRCS/DAS or related in-building systems.
• FCC and RES licenses required; NICET preferred.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and signal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission BDA, ERRCS, DAS, and related RF equipment.
• Install cables, terminate, label, and connect equipment in commercial facilities.
• Conduct signal testing and coverage verification to ensure design targets.
• Troubleshoot RF issues, interference, and connectivity problems on-site.
• Read construction drawings and installation docs to guide work.
