Job summary

Rogers Group is seeking an Install Assembler to assemble, pack, and install all Rogers Group products at customer locations or on the Plant floor in Clare, MI. This position requires extensive travel up to 80% and the ability to read prints and use hand tools.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and experience with carpentry or building work. Safety, quality, and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related prints.
• Carpentry or building experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, and install Rogers Group products at customer locations or on the Plant floor.
• Travel up to 80% of the time; travel to installations across the US as needed.
• Operate hand tools and rivet machines; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Record labor and downtime for each work order; communicate safety and production issues.
