Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related construction observation experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required; extensive travel may be required.
• ACI and SCDOT Earthwork and Concrete Roadway certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document transportation construction activities to ensure compliance.
• Verify quality of completed work through measurements and monitoring.
• Identify nonconforming work and support evaluation of corrective actions.
