Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications; knowledge of construction techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AWP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor highway, street, and roadway construction activities for compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Record field observations, measurements, and computations to verify work performed.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate or conduct quality assurance testing, inspections, and surveys.
