Job summary

You will measure, weigh, take temperatures, and document findings, while coordinating with staff and customers. This entry-level position requires a High School Diploma and a TWIC card, with preferred agriculture-related education

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• TWIC card required.
• 1–2 years of grain/oil inspection experience preferred.
• Associate degree in an agriculture-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection and sampling of containers, barges, and rail cars at different locations.
• Supervises loading and counts of agricultural products per standards and procedures.
• Measures, weighs, samples, and takes temperatures of agricultural products as applicable.
• Transports commodity samples between loading terminals and office; may perform basic lab testing under supervision.
• Maintains detailed notes and photographs documenting inspections and reports field activities.
