Job summary

Southern National Roofing is recruiting for a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and to schedule appointments for our in-home inspection team. This is a full-time W-2 position with on-site work in residential neighborhoods.

You will be paid hourly plus commission and performance bonuses, with a first-year earnings potential of $40,000 to $70,000+. Paid training and weekly pay are provided, and there is a clear advancement path within a growing $20M+

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners.
• Perform basic, ground-level inspections and explain the free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and engage homeowners with a friendly, professional approach.
• Operate as a face-to-face, field-based role similar to sales, customer service, or retail environments.
