Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• FDOT/Turnpike/CFX experience preferred.
• Must obtain FDOT Intermediate MOT Certification before field work and additional certifications before independent testing.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods for compliance with plans and safety regulations.
• Perform routine tests on concrete, soils and other materials.
• Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures, fixtures, grades and pavement.
• Gather and maintain field record documents and perform field notes and computations.
