Summit ABA is hiring Field Behavior Technicians to support families in homes and schools across the Kansas City area. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, and we provide paid RBT training, medical benefits for FT staff, and a 401K match.

You will implement individualized treatment, collaborate with BCBAs, provide progress feedback, comply with HIPAA and BACB ethics, and work with families, teachers and peers in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• General understanding of ABA principles.
• Experience with a broad population base; diverse client needs.
• Ability to apply constructive feedback on client programming.
• Professional communication with supervisors, families, teachers, and admins.
• Strong teamwork skills; collaborative environment.
• Registered Behavior Technician preferred.

Position: Field Behavior Technician

Summit ABA strives to employ the most qualified, professional, and loving individuals to work with our outstanding families! We are currently hiring full and part-time ABA therapists to work with individuals with an autism diagnosis in homes and/or in schools.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior reduction plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plan
• Provide consistent feedback about client's progress
• Comply with all HIPPA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics
• Work with other colleagues, families and professionals to create a supportive environment
• Have fun!

Position hiring for is Part‑time (20 hours per week) and/or Full‑time (40 hours per week)

Schedule varies and can be adapted to your availability — evening staff needed, daytime work also available.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School or GED
• A general understanding of ABA principles
• Experience working with a broad base of populations - specialization is welcomed but can limit field assignments as our client population varies.
• Ability to immediately apply constructive feedback regarding client programming
• Communicates with supervisory staff, other implementers, parents, teachers and administrators in a professional manner
• Exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment
• Preferred Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician

Pay: From $22.00 per hour up to $25.00 contingent upon experience.
