Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking a hands-on Chiller/Boiler/HVAC Technician to support operation, maintenance, and repair of critical mechanical systems across commercial and industrial facilities.

The position involves field work with travel between client sites; candidates near Lakewood or Grand Junction may work in-office or in a hybrid capacity where applicable. A background in boilers, chillers, and HVAC controls is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, or maintaining HVAC, boiler, and chiller systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC, boiler, controls, or mechanical training preferred; field experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of hydronic systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, valves, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and support repair activities for HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and startup support to verify safe operation.
• Review project documents and provide technical guidance to teams on site.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to develop practical solutions and improvements.
