About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR business partnership that results in an engaged workforce and a more productive business. You will support people strategies, oversee all day-to-day HR activities for clients, provide thought leadership to organizations and leaders, and develop and execute talent management and change management strategies. Additionally, you will partner with key HR solution centers (Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver results aligned with people strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Provide thought leadership and support on people and organizational issues: directly, indirectly, and through matrix management, leveraging resources, programs, and tools to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Participate with leaders to advise on the impact of business plans and decisions on people and organization; ensure effective execution of change and transformation plans.

  • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement annually, as measured through continuous listening processes.

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities and work with leadership to develop and implement solutions.

  • Drive talent management and succession planning activities within the business.

  • Partner proactively with the business and HR teams in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to implement strategies that strengthen or fill gaps, ensuring a ready-now talent pipeline.

  • Deploy appropriate retention strategies to promote organizational stability.

Who You Are
  • Comfortable with most HR disciplines (employee relations, compensation, benefits, OD, talent management, talent acquisition).

  • High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine, honest); good communicator with listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong business orientation, results-driven, and competitive.

  • Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and recommend talent solutions.

  • Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to your subject areas.
