Job summary

LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (LSPI) seeks a Field HSE Specialist to provide on-site health, safety and environmental support at customer sites and field locations in the United States.

You will lead hazard identification, risk controls and training with field teams, and assist in incident investigations and audits while traveling 60–70% to customer sites. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a Transportation, HSE or closely related role.
• Petroleum pipeline industry or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FHWA regulations.
• Willing to travel 60–70% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct customer site assessments with documentation.
• Identify hazards at customer sites and develop control measures.
• Analyze assessment data to improve risk management programs.
• Lead incident investigations and participate in audits.
• Provide HSE support across areas as needed.
• Plan and lead safety topics for Field Services meetings.
