This hybrid role (Mon-Thu in-office or in-field) carries up to 25% travel and is based out of either 14201 Franklin Ave, Tustin, or 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles.

Job description

ABM is hiring a Field HR Partner to support various industry groups and business lines in Southern CA (Los Angeles, San Diego, Inland Empire and Orange County). This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and front-line leaders in designated areas. The position serves as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues. The successful Field HR Partner acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Works in collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals necessary to sustain and drive business performance. Ability to implement innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office or in-field Mon-Thu) with up to 25% travel based out of either:

• 14201 Franklin Avenue, Tustin CA 92780
• 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Pay: $95,000–$110,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
