Camp Lohikan is a coed resident summer camp in northeast Pennsylvania, serving children aged 6 to 15. We offer 65+ arts, sports, and adventure activities, with extensive facilities. Located in the Pocono Mountains, about 2.5 hours from New York City, we've been operated by the Buynak family since 1957. Our community is dedicated to providing a supportive environment where children can try new things and grow.
We pay the BEST salaries to recruit the BEST staff! Our staff must be able to put kids first and serve as strong role models. Strict policies are in place regarding alcohol, smoking, vaping, and curfew. Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory; relevant skills and certifications for specific activities are required.
We offer over 400 summer camp jobs, including highly skilled positions (e.g., Flying Trapeze Instructor, Horseback Riding Instructor), childcare roles (e.g., Division Director, Cabin Counselor), and training positions.
