Job summary

Push, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Bridger, MT to safely operate backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, and related machinery while installing fiber and utility lines.

You will train coworkers, perform equipment maintenance, and help with labor tasks; travel away from home as needed; a Class A CDL is preferred. Benefits include medical, 401(k), paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Field experience with digging around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Experience operating utility construction equipment including backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
• Knowledge of reading prints and schematics; willingness to train others.
• CDL preferred; valid license helpful.

Responsibilities

• Field experience with digging operations in rural and urban areas around utilities.
• Perform daily maintenance on construction equipment used.
• Operate equipment such as backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
• Excavate safely around existing utilities.
• Provide training and assistance to coworkers learning to be operators.
• Perform routine labor such as potholing and conduit/duct/cable placement when required.
• Tow vehicle driving to haul equipment to and from job sites.
• Assist with all job aspects including basic labor responsibilities.
