  • Problem Solving & Rework: Untangle complex issues, resolve field breakdowns, and correctly fix previous "quick-and-dirty" patch jobs with long-term, reliable solutions.
  • System Maintenance: Service high-pressure hydraulics, heavy diesel engines, electrical wiring, pneumatics, and perform field welding as needed.
  • Customer & Digital Communication: Clearly explain technical repairs to customers and log work orders, parts requests, and service reports using digital tools.
  • Safety & Autonomy: Work safely in high-stress, fast-paced environments, managing time efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Experience: 5+ years servicing heavy construction, road paving, agricultural, or industrial equipment.
  • Hands-On Grit: Ideal candidates have a farm, ag, or heavy field background—used to long hours, mentally demanding troubleshooting, and extreme resourcefulness.

  • Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 100 lbs, crawl into tight spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
