Muller Inc is seeking a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to service our fleet in Northern Virginia. You will perform oil changes, filter swaps, and minor repairs in the field, ensuring equipment stays on schedule and safe.

This role suits hands-on technicians who enjoy field work and operating with a tech-savvy crew. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in heavy equipment or diesel mechanics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a REAL ID.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic knowledge.
• Must be a US born citizen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a REAL ID.

Responsibilities

• Field lube services (50% of day): oil changes and hydraulic/coolant top-offs.
• Change filters (oil, air, fuel, etc.).
• Perform preventative services on trucks and equipment.
• Conduct small diagnostics and report faults in the field.
• Perform small repairs in the field (hydraulic lines, alternator, battery).
• Quality control checks of daily maintenance; train teammates on reporting.
• Transport portable equipment or safety items to job sites along route.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
