Quest Diagnostics in Illinois is seeking a Health Screener to provide field coverage, ensuring health screenings are completed accurately and on time. This role includes specimen collection and processing following established procedures, maintaining a safe, professional environment for clients and staff.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position with potential to convert to a W2 per diem employee after meeting criteria.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Independent contractor (1099) with possible conversion to W2 per diem.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform biometric screening at client sites, including finger sticks and BMI.
• Conduct basic waived testing procedures on blood samples.
• Provide exceptional customer service at health screenings.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and legible records.
• Participates in training and continuing education programs as necessary.
• Complies with safety policies and PPE when necessary to prevent exposure.
