• Documents accidents/incidents and near misses; conducts root-cause investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Plans, organizes, and delivers occupational safety training.
• Develops and revises site safety plans and ensures compliance with all safety policies.
• Maintains official project documentation files and prepares regulatory reports.
• Performs daily site inspections and uses safety checklists.
• Leads safety briefings and site orientation for contractors and personnel.
