Weaver Consultants Group seeks an Entry Level Field Health & Safety Specialist to support safety programs across the United States from our Denver area base. The role requires travel within 60 miles of a large hub and offers exposure to a broad range of safety services.

Responsibilities include incident reviews, training coordination, field risk assessments, and safety auditing. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to various job locations.
• Willingness to work in remote areas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor.

Responsabilidades

• Review accident/incident reports.
• Advise and instruct on safety topics, including noise levels and machinery usage.
• Assist with organizing the Company annual safety training.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety Manager to plan, develop, and assist in field training.
• Conduct field risk assessments and provide training on preventative measures.
• Assist in ensuring all reporting requirements are met accurately and timely.
• Remain current on company policies and safety standards.
• Conduct incident reviews for injuries, near misses, property damage, or auto incidents.
• Lead and coordinate site safety projects and audits.
• Develop leading and lagging safety performance metrics.
• Develop and direct HSE auditing processes, inspections, and analyses.
• Conduct behavior-based safety observations and site inspections.
• Lead site emergency response efforts.
• Review SSHSPs and PJHAs for Site safety.
• Monitor Geotab GPS tracking devices and scores for corrective actions.
• Create or modify Safety Briefing Meetings based on incidents.
• Track incident data and prepare annual compliance reports.
