Weaver Consultants Group is seeking an entry-level Field Health & Safety Specialist to join our nationwide team. Responsibilities include reviewing incident reports, advising on safety topics, coordinating field training, and conducting field risk assessments to prevent injuries.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, embraces travel up to 75% across the U.S., and can work with minimal supervision while applying OSHA standards to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Review accident/incident reports.
• Advise and instruct on safety-related topics, including noise levels and machinery.
• Assist with organizing the Company annual safety training.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety Manager to plan, develop, and assist in field training.
• Conduct field risk assessments and provide training on preventative measures.
• Remain current on all company policies and safety and health standards.
• Incident Review Team Member – conduct incident reviews.
• Field Implementation – initiate safety projects and track metrics.
• Auto Safety Support – monitor safety plans and PJHAs.
