Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Competency in site calibrations, staking, measurements, and quantity computations.
• Valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Grade Checker.

Responsibilities

• Operate surveying systems to verify grades of construction sites.
• Analyze site measurements against project plans and specifications.
• Work with project managers and construction teams on grading activities.
• Supervise grading tasks to meet safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements and adjustments.
• Compute volume and area quantity measurements for payment contracts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to avoid project delays.
