Job summary

Intertek Global is seeking a Driller Assistant in Houston, Texas, to support drilling activities, sample collection, and site operations. The role involves assisting the Driller with equipment handling, site setup, and field documentation in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 60% as required.
• Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently.
• Physically able to kneel, squat, walk, stand for long periods and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Driller with loading/unloading augers and assembling/disassembling equipment.
• Prepare tooling and supplies for daily tasks.
• Help locate boring locations and log samples.
• Clean and maintain equipment and perform site cleanup.

Skills
