Job summary

Public Outreach is hiring a Fundraiser in North Hollywood/San Fernando Valley to represent leading nonprofit campaigns. You will meet the public, explain campaigns, and inspire monthly donations. The role offers $20/hour guaranteed, paid training, and 21–35 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time options.

No prior fundraising is required; we provide coaching and ongoing support. You’ll work with a team, travel to outreach locations, and work toward clear fundraising goals while

Qualifications

• No fundraising experience required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to explain nonprofit campaigns clearly and respectfully.
• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with the public and explain nonprofit campaigns.
• Inspire and secure recurring monthly donations from supporters.
• Work with a fundraising partner and team to meet goals.
• Travel with the team to rotating outreach locations around Los Angeles.
• Receive coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence during shifts.
