Job summary

Bonness Inc. in Naples, FL, is seeking a Civil Construction Fuel Truck Driver to fuel and grease heavy equipment at job sites. You will transport fuel safely, assist with hauling, and work with site supervisors to schedule fueling.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, have at least 4 years of construction driving experience, and are safety-minded. We offer a full benefits package and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) and HazMat (H) endorsements.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience in construction or related industries.
• Fuel and grease service truck operation experience.
• Equipment hauling experience (lowboy, flatbed, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and environmental safety regulations.
• Ability to operate safely in active construction zones.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under strenuous conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods, and perform strenuous physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fuel and lube service truck to fuel and grease heavy construction equipment at job sites.
• Safely transport and handle hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor fuel/grease usage, maintain accurate delivery logs, and complete service records.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Haul and transport construction equipment as needed (lowboy, flatbed, etc.).
• Work closely with site supervisors to coordinate fueling and lubrication schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
