Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing, maintaining and repairing forklifts and/or aerial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulic and electrical systems (preferred).
• Experience using diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Good communication skills and professionalism when working with customers.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Work on electric, propane and diesel-powered units.
• Use diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Maintain a take-home service vehicle and document service activities.
• Communicate with customers professionally and ensure satisfaction.
