Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew based on orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and onboarding for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per policy and OSHA standards; leads safety training.
• Communicates with property owners/customers to arrange access and address issues.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and costs.
• Manages crew costs, equipment use, and reports on incidents and repairs.
