Job summary

Dueall Construction in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on commercial exterior restoration projects. The role is hands-on and requires owning daily quality inspections, enforcing safety, and keeping crews productive.

You will read shop drawings, coordinate with supervisors, stage materials, and document work with Procore. Florida driver's license and OSHA 10 are required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated trade competency in at least one core scope: stucco, framing, siding, painting, or waterproofing.
• OSHA 10 certification minimum.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and approved submittals for the assigned scope.
• Ability to direct a crew and hold crew members to a standard of workmanship.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to complete Procore inspections and upload photos daily.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily work plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Maintain crew productivity against planned rates and report issues the same day.
• Stage material, tools, and equipment for the next day's work.
• Perform daily quality inspections and document findings with Procore.
• Photograph conditions before concealment or alteration.
• Enforce PPE compliance and stop work for any unsafe condition.
• Train new crew members and identify potential supervisory candidates.
