Job summary

Dueall Construction is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer/Field Labor to support the site team across ongoing exterior restoration projects in Florida. You will assist with logistics, verify material deliveries, and help maintain site documentation, drawings, and safety practices on active jobsites.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to read basic drawings and delivery tickets.

Qualifications

Reliability and willingness to support field team.
Ability to read delivery tickets against PO and verify material.
Ability to read construction drawings to identify building, elevation, area and scope.
Forklift or telehandler certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for daily logs and photos.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

Support the Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent with day-to-day logistics.
Receive and verify material deliveries against the purchase order and stage material to the work face.
Protect stored material; manage surplus, returns, and shortages.
Distribute current drawing sets to crews and pull superseded sheets.
Complete the Procore Daily Log and upload progress photos.
Track punch list items through correction and closeout in Procore.
Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements and speak up on unsafe conditions.
Build hands-on competency in at least one core trade scope.
