Job summary

LandCo Construction Services, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Foreman to lead a small field crew, operate heavy equipment, and ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality site finishes on residential infrastructure projects.

This full-time, in-person role requires daily travel to regional job sites and a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus). LandCo offers a competitive starting salary with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading small crews and managing daily field tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and site plans.
• Valid driver’s license; Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small field crew and manage daily tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, skid steers).
• Read site plans and execute tasks (grading, drainage, etc.).
• Document timesheets, receipts, and report progress daily.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance.
