Job summary

Purple Crow is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Charlotte, NC area and the wider state. You''ll visit grocery stores, restaurants, and food service businesses, build relationships, and grow the sales territory.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and full medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. This is a field-based, full-time position with home base around Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Spanish.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales or food service industry is a plus).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers throughout the state of NC.
• Promote and sell products to grocery stores, restaurants, and food service businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your sales territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product support.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
