Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• NICET certification in Fire Sprinkler Systems or related fire protection discipline.
• State or local fire sprinkler inspection certification or license, where required.
• Ability to read system documentation, equipment labels, drawings, inspection forms, and technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily inspection schedule.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening requirements.
• Maintain a valid driver''s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, pre-action, deluge, standpipe, and fire pump systems.
• Inspect sprinkler system components including valves, backflow preventers, and related equipment.
• Document inspection results using company-approved forms and reporting systems.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of inspection findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Complete inspection reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain inspection equipment and company vehicles and tools.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Stay current with NFPA standards and AHJ requirements.
