You will verify water flow, pressure, valves, and alarms; document findings; prepare reports; and coordinate with service technicians for repairs. A NICET II certification is preferred, with Backflow Certification required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience inspecting fire sprinkler systems or working in fire protection.
• Knowledge of NFPA 25, building codes, and fire protection systems.
• NICET Level II or higher certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems (preferred or obtainable).
• Backflow Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled inspections and testing of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge).
• Verify system operation, water flow, pressure, valves, and alarm functionality.
• Identify deficiencies and document repairs clearly.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain organized records.
• Communicate results to customers and internal managers.
• Coordinate with service technicians for repairs and corrective actions.
• Maintain testing equipment and comply with safety standards.
