Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Detail oriented with good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarm and sprinkler systems for proper operation.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs.
• Communicate status, deficiencies, and corrective actions to customers.
• Keep thorough records of inspections, tests, maintenance, and repairs.
