Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive relevant experience, including management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information crisply and succinctly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and presence to quickly gain respect and build relationships across the organization, including C-Suite/Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a hands-on, highly engaged environment with flexibility and bias for action.
• Experience with data analysis to drive forecasting, reporting and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small Field Finance team, ensuring strong execution of forecasting, reporting and planning.
• Drive multi-year and annual strategic and business plan processes, including site and region P&Ls.
• Develop and improve reporting tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights) and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Operations and Sales leaders to drive results and act as regional CFO.
• Perform variance analysis, develop financial models, and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide insights to drive profitability and cost optimization across locations.

Lineage is currently searching for a Manager, Finance to join our growing team. Ideal candidates possess in-depth experience in finance, accounting or economics combined with strong technical skills, natural curiosity and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with the RVPs of Operations and Sales, as well as facility General Managers and Sales Managers, to drive regional portfolios of business consisting of approximately 30 operating locations generating over $250 million of annual revenue. As the Field Finance leader for this portfolio you will need to be highly effective at facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with operating leaders at all levels. In addition, this role will lead and develop a small team of Field Finance professionals, ensuring strong execution of forecasting, reporting, planning, margin enhancing initiatives, and analytical support while building future finance talent for the organization.

Job Functions

• Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.

• Partner closely with Operations and Sales leaders to drive results, function as a regional CFO.
• Drive financial results via data analysis, including key trends, variance analysis and development of financial models for decision support.
• Lead annual multi-year strategic plan and business plan processes, including year-over-year analysis of Site and Region level P&Ls.
• Continued development and improvement of Workday and Adaptive Insights reporting, forecasting, and planning tools.
• Lead monthly reporting and forecast processes including variance analysis and explanations, and driving an action oriented mindset and results focus.
• The key is to provide insights and strategies that drive the business, not just reporting the news.
• Increase productivity by improving automated reporting and forecasting tools.
• Market research, data mining and business intelligence ad-hoc projects.
• Support mergers and acquisitions analysis and integration as necessary.
• Review and influence capital spending plans via business case, payback and profitability analysis.
• Drive customer level business case and profitability analysis as necessary.
• Drive overall business analysis, understanding and actions using key performance indicators, including non-financial metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelors required, Masters preferred 7-10+ years of progressive relevant experience, including management experience Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), including the ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information crisply and succinctly Strong interpersonal skills and presence to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization at all levels, including C-Suite/Executive Comfort working in a hands-on, highly engaged environment and willingness to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility along with a strong work ethic and bias for action Natural curiosity along with a high degree of enthusiasm, commitment, servant leadership skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without specific authority (cross-functional, matrixed teams) Commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer support Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects), Workday and Adaptive Insights experience a plus Estimated travel 20%.
