Job summary
Labor One Staffing is seeking experienced Certified Fiber Optic Technicians for a fiber optic project in Brownsville, TX. You will be responsible for the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optics in outside and inside plant environments.
The role requires FOA certification, proficiency in splicing, and dedication to safety compliance. We offer W-2 employment, weekly pay, and the possibility of ongoing projects across the Rio Grande Valley.
Qualifications
- Current FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician certification.
- Hands-on experience in OSP/ISP fiber installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in single-mode and multi-mode splicing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain fiber optic cabling.
- Perform single-mode and multi-mode fiber splicing.
- Conduct OTDR testing and troubleshooting.
