Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) in the Hartford area to drive fiber internet sales through field-based outreach. You will meet customers in-person, present internet and bundled services, and close deals with a strong commission structure.

The role offers a base salary of $35,000 with unlimited commission potential and robust benefits, including training, mileage allowance, and growth opportunities. Typical earnings range from $70,000 to $125,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel locally and perform door-to-door outreach.
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and earn commission.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitors.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
