Job summary

Pencor is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Blue Ridge Communications Construction Department in Palmerton. This role involves coordinating both aerial and underground construction projects, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in cable and fiber construction, excellent project management and communication skills, and will supervise multiple crews. A valid PA Driver’s License is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in cable and fiber construction.
• Established residency in Pennsylvania.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aerial and underground construction projects.
• Interacting and coordinating with utility companies.
• Inventory and ordering of construction material and tools.
• Participating in construction on-call schedule.
