Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE seeks a Field Facilities Specialist to perform maintenance and handyman services in Kohl's stores, ensuring brand standards and safety compliance. You will complete work orders, manage materials, and perform interior repairs with focus on doors, plumbing, and lighting.

The role covers interior and exterior maintenance, floorings, painting, and coordination with store teams and vendors. Travel up to 100% and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior maintenance work focused on door, plumbing, electrical/lighting and handyman services.
• Prior retail or office building maintenance experience.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 12 ft and lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders timely and accurately.
• Ensure materials and tools are available.
• Perform interior store repairs: doors, plumbing, lighting, flooring, painting, carpentry.
• Perform exterior building maintenance: painting, curb/ramp, power washing.
• Assist with housekeeping solutions to improve CLEAN presence.
• Communicate safety and cleanliness issues and action plans.
• Enter issues into Web Based Facilities Management system for assignment.
