Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum two years' experience analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and inspections of roofs, interiors and exteriors.
• Identify assets and verify inventory against records.
• Input asset conditions and ratings into AIM (Facility Force) on state tablets.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs or replacements of building components.
• Travel statewide and perform extensive walking and climbing as required.
