Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing or coordination.
• Track record of organizing events end to end.
• Experience managing an events budget effectively.
• Familiarity with defining KPIs and reporting results.
• Genuine interest in AI and its applications.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize relevant events in North America.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute event logistics from start to finish.
• Act as the on-site contact at industry events.
• Drive pipeline and collaborate with sales pre and post-events.
