Job summary

Stanbrick Dental Services is seeking an energetic Events and Outreach specialist to actively engage communities, book events, and host sign-up drives for new patients in the Denver area. You will travel to apartment communities, employers, and local events, then operate sign-up stations and capture content for marketing.

You’ll work a full-time, field-based schedule with upfront pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid Colorado driver’s license, with mileage reimbursement.
• Available for regular evening and some weekend events.
• Comfortable with a smartphone, a CRM, and a shared calendar.
• Able to lift and carry event supplies, around 30 pounds.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build your calendar of apartment communities, property managers, employers, and local events.
• Pitch events via call, email, and in person to secure participation.
• Maintain a calendar with about three events per week, booked ahead.
• Set up, host, and break down every event.
• Manage sign-ups and ensure leads flow into the system.
• Take photos/videos for marketing and track event performance weekly.
• Generate new ideas and expand the venue list and playbook.
