LeafGuard Holdings is seeking a Field Marketing Lead to drive on-site lead generation and manage a regional events team. You will oversee recruiting, training, and performance, and build partnerships for sponsored events to boost appointments and sales.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel and coordinate multiple campaigns in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have lead generation experience in field marketing.
• Proven ability to hire, train and develop a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Travel within assigned territory; ability to transport materials.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Hire, Train, and develop event marketing team with accountability to goals.
• Execute and manage onsite lead generation activities weekly at events.
• Attend home shows, fairs, and events educating customers and scheduling appointments.
• Develop localized retail partnerships for onsite displays and lead generation.
• Collaborate with regional manager to create event sponsorship programs and onsite presence.
• Manage event tools, resources, and materials from setup to teardown.
