**Purpose/Scope:**
To provide general construction labor tasks, in an efficient and safe manner, as part of a crew to erect precast concrete panels.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Complete general construction labor tasks necessary to erect precast concrete panels.
- Take work direction from Erection Crew Foreperson.
- Perform miscellaneous work as directed by the foreperson.
- Use materials and supplies efficiently.
- Handle equipment responsibly.
- Follow established safety procedures and policies.

**Basic Qualifications:**
- Construction experience.

**Other Required Qualifications:**
- Ability to follow simple and complex verbal instructions.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to work from heights, including ladders and aerial work platforms.
- Ability to obtain union membership.
- General knowledge of construction practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel extensively (50% or more, including overnights) and work overtime as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding experience.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Traverse uneven ground.
- Move a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Spatial awareness and depth perception.
- Climb on flatbed semi-trailers.

**Work Environment:**
- All weather conditions (year-round, Mid-west and Northeast).
- Dirt/dust and noise from machinery and vehicles.
