Job summary

A leading equipment service provider in Milwaukee seeks an Equipment and Service Technician to install and service various equipment, including vehicle lifts and fluid dispensing pumps. As part of this full-time position, you will provide excellent customer service and perform preventative maintenance. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have 2-5 years of relevant field service experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills are essential. This role may require travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Proven 2-5 years of field service experience.
• Valid driver’s license, including ability to obtain a Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up new equipment independently.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer demand calls.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Drive to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Complete daily/weekly online timecard and expense report.

Skills

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Mechanical skills and aptitude

Construction / Trade experience pipefitting / electrical / plumbing / HVAC / Carpentry

Ability to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints

Team player with a positive attitude

Strong customer service ability

Education
