Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain, repair, deliver, set up, move, and exchange beverage equipment such as vending machines, coolers, fountain, and coffee dispensing systems. You will maximize customer satisfaction and sales through preventative maintenance and timely service.

Responsibilities include stocking parts, logging work, and educating customers in operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.
• Load and unload beverage equipment for delivery and/or return.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
• Cooler placement and temperature checks.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, and relocations of fountain and coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Provide quality customer service including driving to locations to deliver/repair equipment.
