Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain, repair, deliver, set up, move and exchange beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. You will service vending machines, coolers, fountain equipment and coffee dispensers, performing preventative maintenance and keeping records.

A high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience are required; plumbing/electrical aptitude and forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior work experience with moving equipment preferred.
• Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.
• Load and unload beverage equipment for delivery and/or return.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pickup status.
• Cooler placement and temperature checks.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, and relocations of fountain and coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Operate a motor vehicle with manual or automatic transmission.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and complete paperwork.
