Job summary

VoltaGrid is seeking a Field Operator to support field operations across North America. The role is hands-on, requiring precise equipment operation and adherence to safety protocols. You will work with field teams to run, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, while completing required certifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in oil and gas or related service, a High School diploma, and the ability to work a rotating schedule in extended environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2+ years related experience, preferably in oil and gas service rental.
• High School diploma, skilled labor certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate field equipment and systems in a hands‑on capacity.
• Develop working knowledge of fleet equipment and basic electronics.
• Follow safety standards and complete required trainings (Flash Arc, Basic Electrical Safety).
• Maintain equipment, tools, and PPE in an orderly manner.
• Work rotating shifts and travel across North America as required.
