Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC in Pine River, MN is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate and maintain telecom construction equipment on site. You will attend on-site safety analyses, set up and clean up the work area, and handle loading/unloading of tools and materials while following safety protocols.

The role requires 18+ years, US work authorization, HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record; drill setup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience with drill setup/design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by plan.
• Responsible for site set-up and clean-up.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment from truck.
• Set up a safety perimeter.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
