Job summary

ESCO Automation's ESCO Electric division in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking an Equipment and Logistics Assistant. This entry-level role supports the electrical shop, handles tools, loading, and hauling, and contributes to safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 90% of days. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with daytime hours and potential extended hours for 24/7

Qualifications

Completion of a high school degree program; or a combination of equivalent education and/or experience with solid evidence of success.
General knowledge of tools.
A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Check tools in and out on a daily basis, including updating the tool database and inventory data entry.
Perform annual Tool Inventory (Owner).
Load and deliver tools, equipment, supplies, and other materials to jobsites, including jobsite cleanup and return.
Equipment Numbering and Marking.
MEWP and Dirt Equipment delivery/hauling/pick-up.
Sort and return tools, equipment, supplies, and other materials.
Calibration and Testing Management for Safety and Equipment.
Perform basic maintenance including building, furniture, lawn care, snow removal, etc.
