Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• One year of experience in a lab or environmental setting is preferred.
• Continued employment requires maintaining licenses and certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide field/environmental support in collection, testing, processing and maintenance of samples.
• Transport and deliver results, samples, documents and materials.
• Prepare vehicles and kits for daily operations and safety checks.
• Review and process logs, documents and databases.
• Support staff and management with field/environmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving issues by researching and recommending solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to department efficiency by participating in teamwork and suggestions.
